Re-Accreditation process
Effective March 1st, 2009
Each person seeking re-accreditation will be required to log on and register for the FREE online 11-13+6 weeks theory course for Medical Practioners by clicking on this link and selecting the option for Medical Practitioners, prior to your due date. The course is a requirement for initial entry into the new system and contains the most current developments in first trimester screening with Professor Nicolaides moderating. This course lasts approximately 3 hours and does not need to be completed at one time. It may be stopped and will continue where you left off upon log on. After completion you will be given your own Personal Page on the FMF website that will allow you to upload images and data for re-accreditation.
*If you have already completed the new online course, proceed directly to your Personal Page to upload data and images for re-accreditation. Please open this link to log in to your page. (The online course is required only once for initial entry into the new system.) For step-by-step instructions on uploading reaccreditation materials, click here.
We will continue to assist you if you are unable to upload images or data by sending your materials by post or e-mail to the address below. Please complete and submit the Re-accreditation form below with your materials if you are unable to upload your data or images.
